    Since there is the government -in- exile of Tibet is working from India, there has not been a drastic shift in India’s stand. Although the most significant event was the acceptance of Tibet as a part of Chine, but that’s not a recent one.

    So, I think there has not been a significant shift in India’s policy towards Tibet…

    Although we can go for a shift.

    War!!! I guess it is an exaggeration… I think it will develop as a long lasting event of continuous aggressions..
